Depression seems like a hole that is impossible to climb out of. There are many issues that military spouses and mothers deal with, she was able to focus in on the most debilitating problems.

She had so many useful coping mechanisms that she offered up. She also seemed to know exactly when to just listen. Her own perspective as a wife and mother was invaluable. She was really someone that I felt extremely comfortable connecting with.

I love that she offers online counseling as well. I have recommended many friends to her services and will continue to do so because she is just that good! She knows my history and I feel comfortable that she’s always there if I need her.
